The Robot Video Guestbook That Roams Your Event and Captures Every Memory.
Guests simply record a special message in video for the birthday person, newlyweds, or guest of honor. The Robot Photobooth moves through the venue so every clip is set against the beautiful atmosphere of your event — not a booth in the corner. Birthdays, weddings, and every milestone in between.

Why Guests Love It
Six reasons the Robot Video Guestbook becomes the most meaningful moment of the night
A Gift They’ll Actually Keep
These aren’t posed photos in a corner. They’re spoken messages from the people who matter — a video guestbook for birthdays, weddings, and milestones.
The Venue Is the Backdrop
Because the robot roams, every clip captures your lighting, décor, and atmosphere. The setting is exactly what you wanted it to be.
Easy for Every Guest
No booth to find, no app to download. The robot comes to the table, the attendant guides the recording, and guests just speak from the heart.
Studio-Quality Capture
Clear audio and flattering video, recorded throughout the night — not rushed through a single stationary setup.
A Compiled Keepsake
Every message is collected and delivered as a full video guestbook after the event — ready to watch, share, and keep forever.
Dedicated On-Site Attendant
A professional attendant manages the robot, prompts guests, and makes sure every recording feels easy and natural.
Customize Your Experience
Every detail can be tailored to the person you're celebrating
Custom Name Overlays
Add the couple’s names, the birthday, the date, or your event branding to every clip — just like a personal film credit at the end of each message.
Prompts for the Guest of Honor
We can cue guests with simple prompts — a favorite memory, a toast, a wish — so even shy speakers leave something meaningful.
Full White-Glove Service
Delivery, roaming, recording, and teardown are all handled by our team. You enjoy the celebration. We collect the memories.
What Clients Are Saying
“The video messages were the most emotional gift we received. Guests recorded at their tables — the room, the lighting, everything we designed is in the background of every clip.”
“Our dad watched the compiled video the next morning and cried. Having the robot come to people instead of a booth in the hallway made all the difference.”
“I book this for milestone events now. Clients want atmosphere in the footage, not a curtain. The roaming Robot Video Guestbook is the only setup that delivers that.”
